Regional Friends and Library Board Summit

Athletic Field Allocation Policy Review
Every tournament request currently requires individual council approval. Councilmember Metayer wants a 'default yes' policy within set parameters, plus a bigger conversation about field costs, concessions, and whether tournaments should subsidize resident recreation — to be coordinated with the pending parks study.
